Return on Good is a strategic philanthropy company that’s focused on helping our clients do the most good in the world. We help: Corporations develop a long-term, mission-aligned giving strategy, along with the marketing to support it. Family Offices put a philanthropic strategy in place to give away their money in a way that builds a lasting legacy. Foundations create compelling brands, from logos to impactful videos, that engage current and future donors alike. Individuals maximize the impact of their philanthropy through meaningful, long-term plans and facilitated gifts. Nonprofits amplify their cause and mission by creating brand campaigns and fundraising requests that inspire donors.
Ann started Converge in 2011 after a successful career in sales management at Stamats. Converge grew to be "the digital marketing company" supporting Higher Education. Converge grew from a start up to an Inc5000 4x winner for growth. In 2019 Converge was acquired by Ruffalo Noel Levitz. Ann served for two years in the Chief Marketing Officer role for the company. Under her leadership the organization built a state of the art MarTech stack providing visibility for marketing attribution, created an award winning virtual event center for hosting conferences and aligned the team to execute on a strategic marketing plan. She also was involved in the firm's Super 20 program focusing on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Ann also served as the CEO of a Saas company Via-TRM that specializes in International Education and Study Abroad Software. At Via Ann focused on building the strategy and foundation for a world class marketing and sales team that exceeded revenue goals.
Highly sought-after to present on innovation and digital marketing, Ann started the first inbound/digital marketing conference for higher education in 2012. Converge became HubSpot’s first value-added reseller because of Ann’s vision to integrate marketing automation technology into the education sector.
Under Ann’s leadership, Converge landed on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies in America four times in a row. Converge was also similarly recognized by the Corridor Business Journal. Ann has personally received awards for being a woman of achievement and influence.
