Chloe Alpert

Chloe Alpert is currently the Head of Product (DealGraph) & and an investor at Hatcher, a data-driven VC firm that built the multi-award-winning FAAST (Funds As A Service Technology) platform, which enables investors to use AI, machine learning, and process automation to build bigger, better portfolios.‎


Before her time at Hatcher, she worked in the Family Office industry and was previously the Co-founder and CEO of Medinas, a cloud-based asset management and remarketing platform for hospitals backed by investors including YCombinator, Ashton Kutcher's Sound Ventures, NFX, and Precursor Ventures. Medinas helped healthcare institutions manage the resale, and redeployment of their capital equipment and facilitated data insights to help with capital planning needs. Medinas helped hospitals save over $100M in sales equivalency and displaced 40,000+ lbs of waste from landfills by giving equipment a second life.

In 2019, Chloe won the $1 million grand prize at the Global Creator Awards, the $360k Regional Creator Awards in 2018, and the 2017 $500k Forbes Under 30 Global Change The World Competition. She was named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 list for the class of 2020 and honored by the city of Berkeley at the Berkeley Visionary Awards. She regularly speaks at UC Berkeley’s Skydeck Program, and occasionally at the Berkeley Haas School of Business. She also is a co-founder of the Women’s Founder Community, one of the largest online communities for women entrepreneurs.
